ABOUT REVITALISTE
Revitaliste is a San Francisco–based, female-founded company on a mission to make it effortless to give new life to old furniture. We work primarily with interior designers, serving as their one-stop partner for revitalizing well-crafted pieces through reupholstery, refinishing, lacquering, caning, powder coating, expert project management, and white-glove delivery.
At our core, we believe in honoring craftsmanship, reducing waste, and preserving the skill of local artisans whose expertise brings furniture back to life. Every project we take on keeps a well-made piece in use and out of the landfill. It’s work with tangible environmental impact and deep respect for the people who make it possible.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Project Manager, Furniture Production ensures Revitaliste projects move smoothly from approval through completion. You will coordinate with artisans, review work orders, conduct in-person inspections together with artisans, manage timelines, and help maintain consistent quality across all phases of production.
This role is a strong fit for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable in workshop environments, and genuinely enjoys partnering with skilled artisans to bring beautifully crafted furniture back to life. If you find purpose in sustainability and seeing work progress piece by piece, you will thrive here.
You don’t need deep furniture knowledge on day one—we will train you. What matters most is strong judgment, clear communication skills in both Spanish and English, and comfort managing many details with accuracy and care.
