Location: SF Bay Area (hybrid: work-from-home + 1–2 in-person workroom visits per week)

Revitaliste is a San Francisco–based, female-founded company on a mission to make it effortless to give new life to old furniture. We work primarily with interior designers, serving as their one-stop partner for revitalizing well-crafted pieces through reupholstery, refinishing, lacquering, caning, powder coating, expert project management, and white-glove delivery.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Project Manager, Furniture Production ensures Revitaliste projects move smoothly from approval through completion. You’ll partner closely with our artisans, manage production timelines, conduct project inspections, and ensure every completed piece meets our quality standards.
This role is a strong fit for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable in workshop environments, and genuinely enjoys working with skilled artisans to bring beautifully crafted furniture back to life. You’ll spend part of your week working independently from home and part of it out in our Bay Area workrooms, seeing projects come together firsthand.
You don’t need deep furniture knowledge on day one. We’ll train you. What matters most is sound judgment, follow-through, solid conversational Spanish, and a knack for orchestrating lots of moving pieces.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
ARTISAN & PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT
Review newly approved projects and assign them to the appropriate artisan.
Build strong, respectful working relationships with our highly skilled artisans.
Maintain clear communication with artisans about project scope, start dates, and completion deadlines.
Proactively monitor projects throughout production, identifying potential delays or issues early and working with artisans to keep projects on track.
INSPECTIONS & QUALITY CONTROL
Initiate new projects with thorough inspections to ensure timeline, materials, and scope accuracy.
Conduct detailed inspections of completed work to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality.
Document and share inspection and quality control findings with the Account Management team.
ABOUT YOU
3+ years of experience in operations, coordination, production, or project management.
Responsive and proactive. You anticipate what needs attention and keep things moving.
Meticulous eye for detail. You spot what others might miss.
Organized and systems-minded, with a knack for managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Warm and confident. You build strong relationships while setting clear expectations.
Solid conversational Spanish. You’re comfortable communicating directly with our Spanish-speaking artisans about projects.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. and maneuver small furniture components.
Ability to safely navigate active furniture workrooms, including standing, bending, and reaching.
Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a car for travel to Bay Area workrooms.
COMPENSATION & HOURS
$32–$38/hour.
Part-time schedule (20 hours/week) with some flexibility in work hours.
Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel
